Service Process

Discusses with Employer in detail the latter’s job requirements including
skills, experience, personal attributes, and other qualities in the
candidate being sought.

Sources qualified candidates through newspaper ads, radio announcements,
job fairs, the Internet, seminars, open houses, direct mailing, etc.

Conducts preliminary interviews, technical interviews, and outsourcing for
trade testing in accordance with Employer’s specifications.

Carries out pre-selection activities including, but not limited to
screening of applicants during face-to-face meetings, resulting in a list
of screened candidates for the Employer (or in some cases, Olive) to
interview.

Provides the Employer with details of the credentials of the candidates
deemed qualified for the job offered by Employer.

Schedules the final interview between the Employer and the selected
candidate.

Following the interview, Olive can, if required, perform on behalf of the
employer, independent reference checks and background investigations of
selected candidates to verify credentials and qualifications, and absence
of criminal record.

Following-up on selected candidates’ certification/test requirements and
credentials evaluations.

Outsourcing for comprehensive medical examinations and psychological
testing of selected candidates.

Facilitates the employment offer and acceptance process between Employer
and the selected candidates, including assistance with negotiations.

Processing of work contract and travel documents with POEA and
DFA.

Processing of Entry/Work visa screening with BCIS (Bureau of
Citizenship and Immigration Services).

Travel booking and arrangements.

Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar.

Housing assistance, if needed.

After the successful candidates have commenced employment, we remain in
contact to monitor the employees’ performance and other factors.
